'Regerneration' tells the moving stories of the people returning Mar Lodge Estate in the heart of the Cairngorms to its former glory.

Acquired by the National Trust of Scotland in 1995, this vast expanse of Caledonian woodlands, subarctic mountains, bogs, moors, and frozen lochs was to be a place where environmental conservation and Highland field sports could exist in harmony. However, due to centuries of abuse at the hands of humans, the land was dying and required radical measures, and these inspiring people, to save them.
