Gin Bramble Cocktail Mix

Created in the 1980s in London, the Bramble is known as the 'Spring' cocktail with its creators inspiration taken from blackberry picking on the Isle of Wright as a child. Simply mix the ingredients with 70cl of gin of your choice and let diffuse for 24-48hrs, then strain over some ice and add soda water or lemonade

Ingredients: Cane sugar, lemon peel, blackberries 12.5%, flavour. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, sulfites, soy.
