Calligraphy Workshop for Beginnners

We are pleased to host a beginners’ calligraphy workshop in our Paper Tiger shop on Stafford Street in June! This workshop will introduce you to the art of modern calligraphy, using a pointed pen with ink.
You will be guided through by our calligraphy teacher, using the tools and strokes which set the foundations for decorative lettering. The class will work through the alphabet and then move on to form words, quotes and decorative compositions, with an introduction to flourishing.
All materials will be provided for you to take home to continue your practice as well as a Paper Tiger tote bag with Paper Tiger goodies.
Calligraphy materials will be available in store on the night, with a discount on any purchases made in store.
Drinks and light refreshments supplied. The event begins promptly at 5.30pm and will finish approximately 7.30pm.
