Submitting Your Products for Consideration

To help us effectively assess your wonderful creations and ensure your submission receives the attention it deserves, please provide the following comprehensive information:

• Full Contact Details: Your name, email address, phone number, and website (if applicable).

• Company Details & Brand Story: Tell us about your brand's journey, values, and the inspiration behind your products.

• Comprehensive Catalogue: Please send a PDF of your complete collection or a link to your online catalogue where pricing is clearly visible. Preferred format: PDF.

• Wholesale Price List: Clearly indicating the currency (£ GBP preferred), along with all available pack sizes.

• Shipping & Terms: Detailed information regarding shipping costs, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions.

• Retail-Ready Samples: Please send 1-3 samples of your finished products as they would appear in our shops (including packaging), allowing us to experience their quality and presentation firsthand.

• Ethical & Sustainability Information: Details and supporting documentation outlining your commitment to ethical practices and sustainability (e.g., certifications, information on recycled/sustainable materials, fair trade initiatives, charitable partnerships).

• Edinburgh Stockists: Please let us know if your products are currently stocked by any other retailers in Edinburgh. This helps us understand the local market landscape.

• Local Representation: Details of any local agents or representatives you work with in Scotland.

• Your Online Shop: Links to your business's online shop if you sell directly to consumers.

• Social Media Accounts: Links to your business's social media profiles.

Please include a SAE (Self-Addressed Envelope with appropriate postage) if you require your samples to be returned to you. We appreciate your understanding that due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback for ranges that are not taken forward. We carefully review all submissions and will only contact you if we are interested in learning more about your products. Samples can only be returned if accompanied by a SAE.

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for our initial review process.

Collaborating with Paper Tiger on Exclusive Ranges

Occasionally, we commission unique work for in-house production. We've had the pleasure of collaborating with established authors, artists, and illustrators such as Catherine Rayner and Morag Hood on exclusive card ranges.
